Curves of Laguna Niguel is owned and operated by sisters, Tracy,Janine, and five personal coaches. Curves works because it gives you a complete cardio and strength-training workout in just 30 minutes, where you can burn up to 500 calories every time combined with our CurvesSmart, state-of-the-art personalized coaching system. Curves Complete, a specially designed 90 day weight loss program that combines diet, fitness, and motivation to help you reach your weight loss goals. Curves has changed from being a women's gym with a diet program, to being a weight loss center with a gym.
Curves of Laguna Niguel is a community involved business participating in annual food drives, fundraisers, and charities. Curves of Laguna Niguel has also been a member of the Laguna Niguel Chamber of Commerce since 2009. Furthermore, Whole Foods of Laguna Niguel and Curves have agreed to work together in promoting health and wellness throughout the community.
